gap personnel are looking for a friendly, multi-skilled Snagger / Handyman to join our client's aftercare team, ensuring their beautifully crafted park homes are ready for happy homeowners across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Add the perfect finishing touches to luxury park homes
  • Tackle a variety of tasks such as:
    • Home siting and levelling
    • Roofing, cladding, carpentry, and kitchen fitting
    • Window and door installations
    • Painting, decorating, tiling, sealing, and flooring
    • Basic plumbing and electrics
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to customers
  • Handle any customer feedback with a can-do attitude
  • Keep accurate records and complete job paperwork
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and look after your tools

Who We’re Looking For

  • A practical, skilled worker with a great eye for detail
  • Confident working alone and as part of a team
  • Holds a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • CSCS card and relevant experience a big bonus
