HANDYPERSON POSITION AT PREMIER ESTATES

LOCATION – London Dock, London E1W 2AA

WORKING HOURS – Monday – Friday 0900 - 1730

SALARY – £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

CONTRACT – Full-time, Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

London Dock is situated in the heart of Wapping, just moments from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks, and the city. London Dock features 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces, a magnificent choreographed central water feature and 1,800 high-quality new homes. The development benefits from private gardens and exceptional facilities including a private screening room, spa and gym suite, squash court, virtual golf course, and 24-hour concierge.

Your role involves ensuring that communal areas are consistently well-presented throughout the development, addressing general wear and tear and managing snagging issues promptly and to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Providing maintenance and repair services for the residential complex
  • Performing minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and painting and decorating
  • Conducting routine inspections to identify issues and ensure safety
  • Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of maintenance and repair work

Please Note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU;

  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and persons inside / outside of the organization.
  • Excellent team player
  • Proficient IT Skills
  • Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
  • The ability to complete all maintenance tasks to a high standard.
