Are you a Facilities / Maintenance Manager looking for an immediate start Contract role with opportunities to further extend the role beyond the initial 3-6 month period , in a high end listed Care home within a well-established company?

This varied role will see you overseeing all maintenance and hard services work on site as you manage the maintenance team of 3 on site and work closely with other departments, within this 3 day per week role on an initial contract with opportunities to extend.

This role would suit a Hard Facilities / Maintenance Manager looking for a 3 day a week Contract role offering an immediate start within a high-end listed building.

The Job

• Oversee all Facilities and Maintenance projects on site
• Lead maintenance team of 3
• Three day per week role - 8 hour days
• Immediate start contract role
• 3-6 months with opportunities to extend contract

• Commutable to Streatham
