Hardware Configuration/Build Engineer - Banbury

Concept Resourcing is currently recruiting experienced Hardware Configuration Engineers to work with our Managed Network Service client based near Banbury. This contract requires x2 engineers to work onsite in banbury building power packs for external network peripherals.

Start Date and Contract Details:

  • Start Date: 17th June
  • Initial Contract: 4 weeks, with the potential for extensions

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a staging environment to build electrical equipment used for external network hardware.
  • Drilling into prefabricated boxes to install wires as part of the build.
  • Crimping wires and adding a connectors ready for the hardware to be deployed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a staging environment building IT/Networking equipment is preferred
  • Experienced field engineers with a background in script-based ATM/Epos/IT project work
  • Basic fault-finding skills
  • Comfort with script-based tasks

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Up to £145 per day (payment via an Umbrella company)
  • Full training provided

Additional Information:

  • This role is assessed and deemed inside IR35
  • The mentioned rates are for payment via an umbrella company
