This specialist HR and HCM consultant is focused on delivering employee centred solutions, they have been established over 10 years selling a solution covering HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Expenses and Performance.

As a Professional Services Consultant?you will design and oversee the build and deployment of HR solutions.

Your job will be to ensure high customer satisfaction throughout implementation projects by delivering high-quality solutions and whilst engaging senior client stakeholders throughout the process.

The solution offers much greater functionality than most HR solutions and it is very customisable, this does require the consultant to use good judgment when changing screens and workflows as this can have major implications for the future.

Part of learning the solution will involve full training in the platform and administration tools which give a huge amount of customisability.

As a consultant you will work on Implementation projects that have a degree of complexity that goes beyond a standard HCM Implementation, so you will have good experience of requirements and workshops and be able to map the workflows.

This is a lovely company, well Financed, with a very a strong sales team who are bringing in good new orders and a product team that are continuing to develop the core functionality.
