Head Chef - Upto £45k - Independent Hotel

This is a 60 bedroom independent hotel near South Birmingham is looking for a Head Chef to take the food and offerings to the next level. This is an independent hotel with no head office, no chain or no management company – you report to the supportive owner in including full scope on your food/menus.

Head Chef Snapshot:

• 40 hour contract
• £40,000 - £45,000
• Fresh, local and seasonal food
• Weddings of upto 150 for a sit down
• An attractive/sophisticated 60 cover a’la carte restaurant
• Straight shifts (your rota)
• Fully staffed kitchen
• Uniform laundered

• The ability to lead by example and line manage a team
• Initiative in taking the lead in food preparation, cooking and preparation of dishes
