This hotel and company is a long established client of Jubilee. This multioutlet hotel near South Birmingham includes a restaurant, bar, spa and conferencing. You will inherit a fully staffed kitchen including 8 Fulltime Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters + Part timers.

Sous Chef Snapshot:
