Head Chef

We are working with a Logistics organisation seeking a Head Chef for their trucking station.

Responsibilities;

• Managing inventory and ordering stock as needed
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and organise repairs
• Ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure open kitchen, in a fast-paced environment
• Manage the shift team effectively
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality at all time

Skills Required;

• Previous experience working as a head chef
• Experience working in a day to day operational kitchen
• Good understanding of Food and Health & Safety legislation
• Outstanding leadership, organisational and customer service skills
• Excellent grasp of kitchen processes
• Good understanding of MS Office
