Old Tom's in Hemel Hempsteads picturesque high street is an independently owned bar bistro specialising in craft cocktails.

In January of this year, they took ownership of the unit next door and opened Thirty-One, a small plates restaurant with a European inspired menu.

They are now seeking an experienced Chef to join them on a permanent basis.

You will need experience working within a kitchen environment, ideally in a position of responsibility which will have included stock ordering. What they look for first and foremost is reliability and a strong worth ethic!

You will be working in a team of 2, overseeing a Commis Chef.

A candidate with experience in small plates would be desirable but not essential.

Days / hours of operation are:
Wednesdays & Thursdays 5pm - 11pm
Fridays 5pm - 11pm
Saturdays 3pm - 11pm
Sundays 3pm - 9pm

You will be expected to work all of the above days on a permanent basis. The hours do not allow for prep, these are purely the opening hours.

Pay rate up to £16ph based on skills and experience.
