The Job

Head Chef required for a food-led pub in North Bristol. The pub offers a wholesome traditional British menu with a 35-cover dining room plus 25 covers in overflow dining areas. All dishes are homemade using fresh ingredients.

48 hour contract, with straight shifts, small team, generally 11.30 am to 9.30 pm, with generous afternoon break, Monday and Tuesday off.

Who we need

We are looking for a competent, reliable and calm Head Chef, who can demonstrate a stable career history working with fresh food. An ideal for either an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking for his/her first head chef role.
