Head Dental Nurse

Are you an experienced dental nurse looking for an exciting leadership role? Join our specialist practice in Thornton Heath, Croydon, as a Head Dental Nurse! We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in endodontics, periodontics, implants, sedation, and more.

• Clinical Assistance:
  • Predominantly assist the endodontist for 2-3 days a week.
  • Assist other dental specialists as needed, ensuring high standards of care.
• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee infection control and maintain clinical hygiene standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior dental nurses and trainees.
• Administrative Support:
  • Assist the practice manager with administrative tasks and patient coordination for the remainder of the week.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team to optimize patient flow.

• Qualified Dental Nurse with valid GDC registration.
• Previous experience in a senior or head nurse role preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and hygiene.
• Knowledge of specialized dental procedures in endodontics, periodontics, implants, and sedation.

• Competitive hourly rate starting from £15.50.
