Head Mechanic - Hospitality

Are you a technically experienced team leader or a skilled lead mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant hospitality sector? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a brand new, hospitality business opening in Buckinghamshire!

What Does The Role Look Like?
As a technician/lead mechanic, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of equipment for group sessions, manage and train a team of mechanics, adhere to established processes and procedures, and complete all administrative and reporting tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a technician or mechanic within the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and training team members.
- Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.
- Team Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Servicing: Perform monthly maintenance of all karts following established guidelines.
- Team Training: Lead and train the team to maintain product cleanliness at all times.
- Repair and Maintenance: Contribute to the repair and upkeep of site infrastructure, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Adherence to Procedures: Execute all tasks within the framework of procedures and operational guidelines.
