Head Algo Quant- FX focus - London

I am currently working with a leading Financial Institution who is looking for a Senior Candidate (8 + years of experience) to spearhead its eFX Quantitative Analysis Desk. You will be responsible for guiding a team of highly skilled quantitative analysts and developers in the development and implementation of cutting-edge quantitative models and algorithmic trading strategies for the eFX and STIRT markets.

You will provide strategic direction for the team, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and intellectual growth. You will recruit, develop, and mentor talented quantitative analysts and developers, ensuring a continuous flow of knowledge and skill development within the team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for fostering open communication and collaboration not only within the Quant Desk, but also with trading desks, technology teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a distinguished academic background in a quantitative discipline coupled with extensive experience in quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading within the FX markets.
