HEAD OF ANALYTICS - LONDON

UP TO £100,000

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a prestigious consultancy firm on a key Head of Analytics hire. The focus of this role covers Customer & Commercial Analytics, line managing 7 Analysts and requires a depth of experience in Python, SQL and Power BI.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Analytics responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the analytics team to drive business and client success.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and growth across teams.
  • Formulate strategic plans to enhance tools and skills in alignment with stakeholder needs and industry best practices in advanced analytics.
  • Spearhead data-driven insights for client decision-making, fostering client relationships and overseeing deliverables.
  • Lead the development of integrated analytics solutions and present pitches to clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Analytics team, ensuring thorough planning, user impact assessment, change management, and quality assurance to meet deadlines, budgets, and service levels.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

  • A blend of technical and business acumen for adaptable problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (statistical proficiency), and Power BI, with experience in managing international teams.
  • Hands-on approach coupled with strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with AI is advantageous.
