Description

As the Head of Architecture, you will lead the development and delivery of our application portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AI technologies, including large language models. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead the development and implementation of applications within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable products.
  • Integrate AI/LLM technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes.
  • Utilize data science techniques to drive insights and improve decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on involvement in coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
  • Strategic planning to align development goals with business objectives

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in building and delivering applications.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, .NET).
• Proven track record of working in a PE-backed startup environment.
• Experience with AI technologies, including large language models.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

• £110,000 - £170,000 (Flexible for the right candidate) + Bonus + benefits
