Our client is a leading global financial services company with a broad range of successful products covering both B2C and B2B markets. They are hiring a Head of Marketing Automation which is a key role in their marketing senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities include; build a high performing marketing technology and transformation team focused on Adobe products, lead the development of new capabilities, drive email marketing operations through the Adobe Marketo system, manage marketing workflow, lead marketing analytics and insights generation to inform data-driven decision making, establish KPIs and performance metrics, develop reporting and analytics frameworks to track performance, prioritise spend and improve ROI and oversee marketing procurement and agency management. The successful candidate will possess a proven background in leading and scaling marketing technology teams in global organisations, extensive experience of Adobe products and ideally Salesforce and Medallia, exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, a strong understanding of data analytics best practices, the ability to optimise marketing spend and manage budgets and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Possible industry backgrounds could include financial services, retail, telco and leisure/travel. Exposure to a regulated environment is desirable.
