Hybrid - London Zone One 2 days per week

Salary - £100,000-£125,000 plus extras

One of the leading MEP Contractors in the UK are looking to add a Head of BIM to their existing team. The opportunity has arisen due to the incumbent taking on a new challenge internally of leading a new office abroad, so you will be joining a business that has a solid process and stable foundations to build further upon.

Bread and butter for these guys is large scale MEP Contracts on a variety of projects, including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres and Large Scale Commercial projects. Over the last 4 years, their turnover has grown on average by 18% year on year, and they have a comprehensive 5 year plan for further growth both in the UK and abroad.

We are looking for a certain type of person. You will need to have led a BIM Team in a Stage 5-6 MEP setting and be well versed in handling clients whilst delivering largescale and complex projects.

You will need to subscribe to the ethics and ethos of the business, which can be summed up as a group of experts working together to deliver projects and have a good time doing it. They are renowned for their collaborative teams, and invest significantly in training and upskilling their teams to keep their offering market leading.

The role itself will likely lead to an Associate Director role within a couple of years, and there is scope for you to put your mark on the whole business through BIM Innovation.
