Basic to £100,000 plus bonus, health, 28 days leave plus bank holidays

As a result of sustained growth and significant investment, they are recruiting a high calibre Head of Business Development to set and implement their growth strategy moving forward.

You will be on an upward career trajectory, perhaps frustrated in a restrictive corporate environment. You will be aspirational and looking for a senior personal contributor role, where you will form part of the senior leadership for the business.

You will be a data driven business developer, utilising analytics to identify sales process improvements within the business development function.
