About You

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader with a proven track record in managing caravan parks, large leisure venues or large hospitality environments.  This role could be suitable for someone with prior experience leading a caravan park, such as a Head of Department or General Manager.   You will need excellent customer experience skills as well as hands on experience in caravan sales, underpinned by very strong commercial acumen.    Communication skills are a must, both for engaging with our guests and future buyers, and inspiring and leading your team.

You will need to be able to set strategic direction for your team whilst also being happy to be involved in the day-to-day operations, working closely alongside your teams to manage any challenges that arise.   As with all roles at Butlin’s, this role will be extremely varied and hands on so you should have the flexibility in thinking to overcome various day-to-day and long-term operational challenges where needed whilst limiting any impact to our guests.
Whilst your experience and skill set is important to us, a growth mindset and a passion for delivering an amazing experience for our guests is of equal interest.
