Head of Central Operations

Our client has circa 300 stores across the UK and has significant investment to grow their offer and brands making this a fantastic time to join this forward thinking, highly commercial challenging business.

The role

To be our clients new Head of Central Operations you will have a significant experience within a central operations function within QSR or Coffee and be comfortable in leading and challenging through out the organisation. This role is critical to the growth plans and future development of the business.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the Board so the successful candidate will play a significant part of shaping the business strategy. This is not an implementation role but one that requires the design and delivery of company wide strategies across the retail outlets. You will be the go to voice for food bringing together all of the support and store operations functions across the business.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working.

The candidate

Our client's Head of Central Operations candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• A high level of understanding QSR and Coffee markets within the UK
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional business development skills by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in building strategic frameworks
• Experience in working with franchisees and/or in a multi brand environment would be a significant advantage

The package

The salary on offer for this Head of Central Operations position is up to £80,000 plus bonus, car and benefits.
