We are seeking a dedicated and driven Head of CEO Office to ensure smooth operations within a Not For Profit organisation. This key role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and overseeing the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

  • Managing the CEO's office operations and providing strategic support
  • Coordinating and planning meetings and events
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting with projects
  • Involvement in site visits in relation to ambassadors and trustees
  • Attending conferences in both the UK and overseas
  • Facilitating effective communication between the CEO's office and other departments
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the CEO's office

Profile

A successful Head of CEO Office should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant or Company Secretary
  • Previous work in a not-for-profit organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic planning abilities
  • A deep understanding of organisational policies and regulations

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary within the range of £40,00 - £50,000
  • 25 days annual leave
