Your new company
You will be working for a large FM provider who are working on behalf of a large and well regarded NHS Hospital in London as the Head of Cleaning.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring contract requirements and KPI's for services are met at all times and the wider operations team strive to provide a first class service to patients and staff. You will play a critical role in various contract decision making, establish appropriate targets, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in the provision of soft services in a similar industry, you will understand the companies goals and objectives and be able to interpret these for your teams. You will be a forward thinker with a positive attitude who can flex and deliver in high pressure situations. You will have a good financial background and can manage costs and budgets and be proficient in the MS suite.

What you'll get in return
This role comes with fantastic benefits and the salary is between £50,000 - £50,000
