Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead their sales, marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.

Position Overview: As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales and marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product offerings and go-to-market plans that resonate with target customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior commercial roles, with experience in sales, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
