Head of Property Management

Our client is an established Commercial & Residential Property Agent based across the South West with multiple offices. They are currently seeking a highly experienced commercial property manager to head up their Exeter Commercial & Residential Property Management department with a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The Head of Property Management will oversee the management and growth of the commercial and residential property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the commercial property market. The role will include management of their own property portfolio.

Experience:

• RICS qualified and with experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Must be good with figures and detail orientated
• Able to work dynamically across the south west with teams in several locations
• Self-motivated with clear management skills
• Able to assist other team members in answering questions, solving problems
