About the role
THCH is seeking a passionate and driven leader to join our team as Head of Communities. In this key role, you'll ensure our estates are safe, clean, and welcoming for residents. You'll also lead resident engagement on building safety, manage the service charge process, and oversee community centres. Do you have a passion for service excellence and building strong communities?
Here's what you'll do:
- Lead a team to deliver top-notch estate services and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee building safety compliance and resident engagement.
- Manage service charges, ensuring accuracy, communication, and resident value.
- Manage community centres, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
- Provide strong leadership, motivation, and development to your team.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in property management or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to health and safety, compliance, and risk management.
- A passion for building strong communities.
- Manage service charges and resident enquiries.
