Head of Complaints - 6 MONTH INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT - Major UK Insurer - Hybrid/Glasgow

Join one of the UK's leading insurance providers as a Head of Complaints on a 6 month inside IR35 contract. Working across operational responsibilities as well as working closely with the COO on process transformation, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference during a period of change.

Job Description

Working within a digitally focused insurance organisation with large, multi-site operations you will lead and evolve the complaints function, as well as teams dealing with high risk policies and claims.

You will conduct root-cause analysis and develop solutions to evolve how the organisation mitigates and handles complaints, working closely with execs to drive forward transformation and continuous improvement.

This will suit somebody who has worked with smaller, more agile insurance organisations, working with cutting edge technology and embracing change at pace over being weighed down by corporate processes.

Thought leadership skills are critical, with a passion to drive this across the business whilst implementing new processes, driving strategy, and change, as well as facing off to senior stakeholders to drive best practice and new initiatives.

You will be engaging with the FOS and FCA, so MUST have a track record in interacting with, and reporting to these bodies.

What's on Offer for the successful Head of Complaints
