Head of Conflicts
International Law firm

Exceptional global law firm with 21 offices across multiple countries, they have over 500 lawyers, currently looking to hire into their risk and compliance function.

They're currently looking for someone to join as Head of Conflicts working closely with the risk and compliance partner, taking ownership of driving forward a huge project to implement significant improvements to the firms conflics processes.

You will conduct a gap analysis, and work closely on building up a team of conflicts analysis, delivering training in line with the firms compliance and professional standards.

You will be:
  • A qualified lawyer
  • Over 10 years experience as a conflicts lawyer, within an international law firm.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience successfully leading a high performance tea
