Head of Data and BI

An exciting opportunity has become available to join one of the UK's leading charities as a Head of Data and BI.

As the Head of Data and BI, you will be leading the Data and BI activity across the organisation; developing, delivering and leveraging their two CRM Systems and their associated Data Warehouse. You will also be developing team skill and expertise.

The Head of Data and BI role will involve creating annual Database and BI operating plans as well as developing and taking the lead on the information, operations systems and processes that makes up all of the charities fundraising and visitor data collation, storage and use.

You will also lead and undertake the design and automation of streamlined, enhanced processes and procedures and contribute to the transition to new systems, including a new finance and HR system, ensuring effective integration of systems and data.

Skills and Technology experience for the Head of Data and BI role include:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL including building complex queries and administrative scripts
  • Experience in programming languages such as R/Python
  • Proficient in knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, SSRS and MS Visual Studio
  • Previous work within Charities and NFPs would be desirable


Salary: £60,000-£65,000

Location: London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Minimum 3 Days a Week in London Office
