As the Head of Databases you will provide leadership and direction for the department, this charity sees its future in the use of data which means you have its entire backing. There is already a headcount for 4+ members of the team!!

This is a great chance for a proven Head of Databases to take on a very interesting project or for an experienced Data Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Head of Databases will benefit from a very strong work-life balance with 35-hour working weeks and the ability to work from home when needed.

Skills required for the Head of Databases are:

- Experience working within a charity data environment
- Good knowledge in the overall database and analytics
- Line management & strategy experience
- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders

Head of Data / Head of CRM / Database Manager / Data Manager / CRM Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: London - 4/5 Days a week
