DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

- Ensure that relationships are formed and continually maintained with all the London local boroughs.

- Keep abreast of local borough and government plans and keep the teams within Seva care informed of these plans.

- Develop business growth and organisational strategy in consultation with the Directors and Business Manager.

- Develop the Day centres and Outreach business.

- Develop pricing models for each of the service provided by Seva Care.

- Develop budgets for each of the services and then manage to these budgets.

- Work with the Directors and Business Manager.

- Be responsible for the operations of Day Centres and Outreach business.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Credible working history with adult care services - At least 10 years of experience is required.

- Adult Care management qualification desirable

- Experience of working within local boroughs is desirable.

- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels - both internally and externally.

- A high degree of interpersonal skills utilising these to build trust and confidence - both internally and externally.

- Well presented, friendly and personable.

- Able to multi-task.

- Able to build and support strong professional staff teams.

- Maintains professionalism and keeps calm and collected in pressure situations.

- Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

- Ability to pick out key information and report it in a timely manner using appropriate means of communication.
