Head of Digital Trading

Radley Green is partnering with one of the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce D2C businesses to recruit a Head of Digital Trading into a newly created role.

This position will report into the Trading Director of this scale-up business who have grown from £4m to £50m in the last 4 years.

This role will pay £95k-£110k plus equity and strong benefits - this role is 3-4 days a week in the office.

This role will play a key part in the growth of the business and will work closely with the Acquisition and Retention teams. Utilising your previous Trading experience you will build the trading plan, identify tactical opportunities, and provide critical analysis on sales tracking and performance.

The responsibilities include:

• Own all Trading activities across the business and work closely senior leadership team including Founders, COO and Chairman.
• Taking ownership of the Trading plan and supporting on all tactical opportunities
• Support the growth of the business through sales tracking, forecasting and analysis of performance.
• Work with the Acquisition and Retention teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance ensuring targets are met and challenge where necessary.
• Report on all KPIs and leveraging insights
• Setting all financial targets and lead the budgeting
• Lead all communication with the business around commercial targets and objectives

Candidates must be / have:

• Prior experience working in a D2C / ecommerce business is essential and ideally in a growth business. The successful candidate must have experience delivering against targets.
• Prior experience partnering with Acquisition and CRM teams
• Ability to manipulate data sets and present sucking and insightful analysis to leadership team
• Global trading experience is an advantage
• World class communication and analytical skills are essential
