Purpose of the Role:

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will drive the transformation of the company's commercial and customer operations through advanced digital capabilities. Your mission is to enhance customer experiences, boost revenue, and lead the company's digital strategy forward. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guide a talented team of 3 to optimise the digital customer experience across all channels.
• Keep up with the latest technology trends and solutions to drive continuous innovation.
• Develop and execute a digital strategy that champions customer advocacy, colleague engagement, and revenue growth.
• Support the Commercial Director in delivering Annual Business Plan Commitments and KPIs.
• Increase the company's digital channel share and maximise conversions through innovative e-commerce solutions. 
• Establish key digital partnerships that propel the company's ability to innovate and deliver exceptional services.
• Develop user-driven digital products that set new industry standards.
• Turn data insights into actionable strategies, enhancing digital performance. 
• Maintain high standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR and accessibility requirements

Who They’re Looking For:

• Expertise in the latest e-commerce, web, app, and data technologies, with a keen eye on emerging trends.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and how to meet them with innovative solutions.
• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and creating compelling reports and presentations.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role, with a background in digital development.
