Head of Distribution & Logistics

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
Location: North Wales

Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking to take your career to the next level? Hexagon Recruitment are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Distribution & Logistics to join our hyper-growing Client.

As the Head of Distribution & Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehousing and logistical functions of the business. You'll lead a team of professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise distribution networks and logistics operations
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
• Analyse and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals
• Implement and manage logistics technology systems

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in logistics and distribution management (EMEA or globally)
• Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies and management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to inspire and motivate the workforce
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems to facilitate global distribution of products

• Salary range of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
