The ideal candidate
- BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS.
- Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an International School.
- Proven experience as a Head Teacher in an early years setting.
- Strong team player, exemplary role model, positive and strives for excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
- Proven track record of having led a curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills, good time management, approachable and flexible
- Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
