ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Look after the Ruby on Rails (Backend), JavaScript, React, and SQL.

  • Demonstrate a product-focused Engineering Mindset
  • Capable of growing the organization from 50 to 150 Engineers
  • Showcase a proven history of building high-performing teams and successfully managing Software Engineers and managers.
  • Showcase a track record of collaborating with peers in product, design, and data to deliver exceptional consumer products.
