An exciting unsecured lending Fintech company is currently hiring for a Head of Existing Customer Analytics within their Credit Risk and Analytics function. This role will involve taking ownership for all customer strategies.
This role is an excellent opportunity to move into a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibility for business decisions.
THE COMPANY
This Fintech company started around 5 years ago. They are an unsecured lender and have always had data science, analytics and innovation at the forefront of their business model whilst keeping a flat structure and providing lots of opportunity for employee innovation and growth.
THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:
- Own thought leadership and analytical delivery for all existing customer management strategies for the Credit Card portfolios
- Work closely with Commercial, Ops, Tech, Finance and Reg teams to deliver investor returns whilst keeping customer experience at the forefront
- Lead a team of analysts and work closely with Credit Data Scientists on ECM models
- Own models, strategies, policies and procedures and be able to present and defend them to stakeholders - internal as well as external (regulators and investors)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience using Python or SQL is ideal
- Significant experience in credit risk analytics
- Unsecured lending experience is ideal
- Strong numerical degree
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- £90,000 to £120,000 base salary
