Connaught Education is working with the most successful and prestigious independent and nursery school in Luton to appoint a Head of EYFS on a full time, permanent basis from September 2024.

The school has experienced a consistent period of growth and development, it's specialist nursery feeds into the prep school and the school now boasts a senior school cohort also.

The position in question is a permanent Head of EYFS, with responsibility for the Nursery and Reception Classes, this encompasses three classes in total and has managerial responsibility for 3 Teachers and 3 Teaching Assistants.

The successful applicant will be either an experienced Nursery Manager with QTS or a Reception Class Teacher looking to move outside of the classroom. The role focusses on duties outside of the classroom with overall responsibility for EYFS within the school.

The appointed Head of EYFS will receive a highly competitive salary in line with the school's own pay scale as well as paid for training and development opportunities with a school which is consistently growing and excelling.
