Our esteemed client is looking for an experienced FM professional who can head up an established team in the North East of England you will have had experience in both Hard and Soft services and the ability to manage resources including budgets and the Estates team and contracted service providers.

Salary £60K + Generous Pension and excellent working environment.

Ideally you will be based within 30 miles of the Durham area.
