Head of Finance-French Speaker-Maternity Contract

Our client, a financial services firm, who are based in London are looking for a fluently French Speaking Senior Finance professional to join their business for a maternity cover - this role will be initially 8 months. The role is title Head of Corporate FinanceThe role sits within their corporate finance team with 3 direct reports, reporting directly to the CFO. They are ideally looking for someone to start in August to complete a comprehensive handover so if you are currently on a short notice or due to finish your contract soon please do get in touch. .

Main responsibilities:-

• Monthly review of Management Accounts
• Monitoring of Assets and Liabilities for Investments
• Signatory of bank accounts
• Lead the quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Interim and Year End prep of statutory accounts
• Regulatory reporting
• Oversight of a small team/corporate accountants

Experience for this Role:-

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Fluent in French - written and spoken
• Knowledge of Corporate Accounting and Tax standards of French businesses
• Financial Services experience - specifically Private Debt or Asset Management
• Extensive experience with IFRS standards
• NetSuite - nice to have
