Do you have experience in the manufacturing / retail sector? (Product manufacturing, purchasing, importation and distribution)
Do you have experience of product import / export from outside the UK? (EU beneficial).

Role Info:

Head of Finance (Qualified)
Hybrid Working / Denmead, Hampshire at least 2 days per week
Up to £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Head of Finance Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and dynamic creative team with global reach and impact. Working across multiple global businesses and markets within the group, there are always great and varied challenges, as we grow the business and sales globally.

As Head of Finance, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the financial management of the business and provide strong financial and commercial support to the Board and the management team.

You will manage the financial and administration function, implementing consistent repeatable processes and contributing to maximise profitability, whilst ensuring that the business has the correct finances to meet its needs.

About You:

+ Professional qualified Accountant (ACMA, CIMA, ACCA)
+ Previous experience in a similar industry
+ Product manufacturing, purchasing, importation and distribution background is beneficial but not essential
+ Experience of product import / export from outside UK / EU is a bonus
+ Financial planning experience and control across multiple (potentially global) businesses within a group is desirable.
+ Experience working with SAGE (ideally Sage200)
+ Previous experience leading and motivating a team
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
+ Highly organised with excellent time management skills
+ Confident, loyal, and trustworthy
+ Someone who cares about attention to detail AND has awareness of the bigger picture
