Head of Finance

A high performing group in the Professional Services space is looking to appoint a Head of Finance. Reporting in to the CFO/COO, and with a high performing partnership model, this role will take ownership for all areas of finance across the group. You will manage a team of 8, and have the commercial ability to facilitate the continued growth of a really exciting client base. The ideal candidate will be an ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified professional, with a track record of process improvement, effective staff management, and (ideally) experience of operating within a professional environment. You will also be comfortable operating as part of a board, and will be a commercially astute operator who has the ability to drive commercial value. Based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, this role will be central to the ongoing success of the group and is not to be missed. Target remuneration of £100-120,000 + Bonus and Benefits is on offer, but this is open to discussion. Interested candidates should apply immediately to avoid disappointment.
