DK Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a Head of Finance for a client based in the beautiful Paignton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and play a crucial role within a great business. A commercial driven role where you will provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure the company's financial commitments are met

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and financial advice to management, continue and expand controlling processes, and enhance accounting systems and processes.
  • Secure accurate group reporting and oversee budgeting, reforecasts, and financial reviews.
  • Oversee commercial decision-making including tender analysis, margin analysis, and pricing analysis.
  • Align with the management team for accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop medium-term and annual financial plans, supporting the financial strategy by establishing and analysing KPIs.

About You:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Proven senior-level experience in industrial accounting and possibly personal administration.
  • Strong commercial and business awareness with excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, and efficient work ethic.
  • Attention to detail with experience in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrates strategic financial leadership and excellent personnel management.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.

What You Get in Return

  • Starting salary £60,000 - £65,000
  • Annual bonus up to 10% of salary
