Your new company
You will join this innovative, renowned public sector organisation on an initial 18-month FTC with the likelihood of extension and a possibility of a permanent position. Your new role
As their new Head of Finance, you will work alongside the Heads of Development and Finance Business Partner to provide operational and strategic support on all financial matters, including support in developing appropriate commercial frameworks. You will be responsible for managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and for all aspects of compliance and control across your remit, which includes multiple business areas.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and educated to Degree level with full UK working rights in place, with a background in large organisations and a proven ability to lead, manage, develop, and motivate a professional team. You will have an agile approach to working in a changeable environment. You will also be adept at building relationships, influencing conversations and proficient in stakeholder management. A strategic mindset is key in this role.

What you'll get in return
