The head of finance role:

This position will best suit someone who has worked within a business with considerable annual growth and is looking for a great new opportunity to join and grow within a collaborative and caring environment. You’ll mainly be focusing on management accounts, business accounts, big financial dealings and elements of some transactional and strategic financial advising. You will be strong with board demonstrations, data analysis, solution focused and comfortable delivering detailed, strategic financial advice to tight deadlines.

The ideal Head of Finance:

Essentials:

• Hold a relevant finance qualification - AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
• 3 years+ producing detailed Management Accounts.
• Have a proven track record delivering solid results to tight deadlines.
• Capability of learning new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
• Experience using Sage, Xero, or SAP
• Experience in delivering finance strategies to stakeholders and board members.

Desirables:

• Ideally hold experience managing large accounts of £10M+ per annum.
• Has worked within a growth business with aggressive expansion plans.
