Head of Finance

Head of Finance / Finance Director

- Based in Aldershot, Hampshire with a requirement to work in the offices 3 days a week.

- Rolling monthly contract

- Day rate up to £650 per day based on experience. Inside IR35

A successful and growing business based in Aldershot is looking for an experienced Head of Finance on an interim contract basis. The Head of Finance role will be responsible for:

- Leading the finance team (accounts payable, receivable, payroll etc.)

- Supporting strategy and process improvement

- Cash flow management

- Budgeting alongside management team

- Ensuring compliance and regulations are met

- Providing reporting to Directors

To be considered suitable you will need to have previous Head of Finance/Finance Director/Finance Manager experience (including team leadership) along with the following:

- Ability to travel to Aldershot 3+ times a week

- Ideally qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE

- Hands on experience in accounts production

- Leadership/management experience

- Exposure to Sage accounting systems

- Strong business partnering/stakeholder management experience
