A senior leadership role within a growing SME just outside of Guildford. Leading the UK based finance team and overseeing the finance functions of the branches and subsidiaries around the globe. Responsible for all financial accounting, reporting, forecasting and compliance for the Group. Working closely with the Senior Management Teams in the UK and across the branches and subsidiaries.

Description

A senior leadership role within a growing SME just outside of Guildford. Leading the UK based finance team and overseeing the finance functions of the branches and subsidiaries around the globe. Responsible for all financial accounting, reporting, forecasting and compliance for the Group. Working closely with the Senior Management Teams in the UK and across the branches and subsidiaries.

Managing a UK finance department
Operationally oversee finance functions across the globe including USA, Germany, France, Italy, Japan and India;
Responsible for all finance activities of the group including ;
Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
Monthly reporting and KPI presentation
Annual budget preparations and forecasting
Value adding analysis
Statutory reporting for all entities
Annual audit
Financial control environment and procedures
Preparation and submission of statutory returns
Cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
Group tax calculations and submissions
Capital expenditure justifications
Grant funding reporting
Overseeing payroll for UK
Acquisition and integration support
Financial management of property assets and other non-core activities

Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous;
Experience of multicurrency consolidation is preferred;
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communicator both formally and informally

Job Offer

£80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits
