The role:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, aligning resources with the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Oversee the creation of annual budgets, monthly reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate across departments, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to drive success.

Must haves:

• Qualified accountant, ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Proven experience in financial reporting, planning and compliance
• Strong FRS102 experience
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and managing people.
• Ambitious and driven
