We are currently supporting a Not-for-Profit in London to recruit a Head of Finance to complete a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). This role is paying £75,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus hybrid working.

This Not-for-Profit provides a service to over 250,000 people in London. They are c£20m turnover with over 150 employees.

Head of Finance (12 month FTC):

  • Oversee and manage a small finance team.
  • Deliver accurate management accounts.
  • Complete costings and identify savings.
  • Manage daily cash flow.
  • Manage the external audit process.
  • Lead on a full month end process.
  • Oversee and review the payroll process, managing the relationship with the payroll provider.
  • Completion of reporting.
  • Review financial statements.
  • Completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Work as a business partner to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Deputise for the Finance Director.

Head of Finance (12 month FTC):

  • It is critical you are CCAB qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA) or CGMA/CIMA or equivalent.
  • Proven track record to work with a senior finance role.
  • Ability to evidence managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of leading an external audit process.
  • Previous experience of overseeing payroll.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills.

£75,000 - £80,000 per annum.

12 month fixed term contract.

37.5 hours per week.

Hybrid working, London office base 3 times per week minimum.

Immediate start.
