Description
- Lead the technology department and drive the fintech strategy
- Identify and integrate the latest fintech solutions into the business
- Collaborate with senior management to align technology with business goals
- Oversee the development and maintenance of fintech systems
- Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with financial and data regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team
- Represent the company at fintech events and conferences
Profile
A successful Head of Fintech should have:
- Fluent English & Mandarin
- A strong technical background, preferably in the financial services industry
- A proven track record of leading a technology department
- Expertise in fintech systems and solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- The ability to align technology with business goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A relevant degree in Technology, Finance or a related field
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £140,000 - £150,000 per annum
