Description

• Lead the technology department and drive the fintech strategy
• Identify and integrate the latest fintech solutions into the business
• Collaborate with senior management to align technology with business goals
• Oversee the development and maintenance of fintech systems
• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with financial and data regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team
• Represent the company at fintech events and conferences

Profile

A successful Head of Fintech should have:

• Fluent English & Mandarin
• A strong technical background, preferably in the financial services industry
• A proven track record of leading a technology department
• Expertise in fintech systems and solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• The ability to align technology with business goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A relevant degree in Technology, Finance or a related field

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £140,000 - £150,000 per annum
