Head of FP&A

CMA Executive are delighted to be partnering with the £100m PE backed software development business, based in Fareham, Hampshire who following two recent acquisitions require an interim Head of FP&A who can support them for approximately 6 months.  They will need to review how to develop the existing NetSuite ERP and associated financial model so that helps inform decision making and can produce internally and external reporting.  Furthermore, you will be required to develop individual p&ls, including capex, opex, BS and cashflows for actuals, budget and forecast.

What will the Head of FP&A role involve?

• Review NetSuite set up across the UK and US.
• Assess how NetSuite can be enhanced and advise as to the best use of additional modules and/or potential for a financial planning / budgeting tool.
• Advise/implement NetSuite and /or a financial model which will inform decision making and can produce internal and external reporting.
• Develop product P&L's, cashflows & capex.

Suitable Candidate for the Head of FP&A vacancy:

• It is expected that you will be a qualified accountant with extensive FP&A / Commercial Finance experience.
• It is essential that you have been involved in a NetSuite implementation and or development project, including exceptionally strong financial modelling experience.
• Ideally this will have been gained within a private equity backed software development business.
